Missing cloudflare IPs #4

The following IP's seem to be missing from the Cloudflare preset list:

131.0.72.0/22

2c0f:f248::/32
2a06:98c0::/29

For posterity, looks like this was fixed in de3e3933821ecc10f29c9891a0d2813fa5fc342f

Saying so would have been kinda friendly before closing this issue, after 4+ months idle, with no comment or reference to a fix. :-/ Just sayin'

PS, your README with the list of IP's also appears to be out of date.
