Draft: Update repo to zig master #74

Still a WIP, there's ALOT of stuff that got broken when std.build was removed. This is just the progress I've made so far

Fixing this seems to have been a more ambitious undertaking than I first thought. It looks like there is a lot of reworking of the build process. I'll see how far I can get
