An attempt to update the library to 0.12.0 #81

This pr makes simple changes to make the library able to run on 0.12.0(all credit to the changelog and the compiler), also it updates zig-objc to the latest version as a side effect.

Only tested on macos test-backend example.

Thanks but capy is deliberately pinned on Mach's nominated Zig versions, so I won't upgrade the Zig version until 2024.5.0-mach is out.
