Create Agreements list

To be able to list the agreement list I had to create an architecture to be able to store the agreement ID in a field. What we have now is:

• New file type for Paypal Agreements
• Configuration page to map where plan's agreements should be store . All Agreement ID fields will be allowed.
• Add a default field to user account
• Store agreement Id in the field once paypal response with the payment token.
• Add basic agreement structure to generate agreement list (working progress)
