Tests are not being executed #53

Two problems currently exists (same as were the case for Xova):

Tests are still using defunct travis versions. No build failures are propagated
No deployments are specified in GH actions. The pypi version is out of date with the release history

I don't mind doing the fixes to get this working (including migrating this to Jenkins for building) but I need maintainer access
