Writing the corpus name in the command line is quite annoying. What about duplicating the pangea script in each 2.0/data/[CorpusName] folder? This way we can avoid writing the corpus name as an argument. Also splitting installation from execution tasks would be nice...

We could have something like this:

for installation:

curl http://scg.unibe.ch/pangea/CorpusName/install/src | bash
curl http://scg.unibe.ch/pangea/CorpusName/install/mse | bash
curl http://scg.unibe.ch/pangea/CorpusName/install/img | bash

for normal tasks:

choose corpus => cd 2.0/data/CorpusName
pangea experiment [SystemName]
pangea run script script-name.st

for advanced tasks:

choose corpus => cd 2.0/data/CorpusName
pangea make (all|mse|imgs) [-e /path/to/extractor | name] [-m /path/to/mooseImage]
pangea clean (all|mse|imgs)
