The cheatsheet reports wrong/inexact/misleading information:
[ ] the block names in the top-left corner image must match the corresponding block name in the third figure
[ ] all the tissue figures represent a hexagonal lattice instead of a squared lattice (the "In lattice tissue simulation" correctly says that the tissue is simulated as a squared lattice)
[ ] the "Build phylogeny" block in the top-left corner figure should be correctly labelled "Sample descendency"
[ ] the block "Single-cell phylogenies" in the third column should be named "Sample descendency", and its text should be "The descendant tree is built to represent the parent-child relation from the original tumour cell to the sampled cells (a)."
[ ] the top-left figure block "Sample VCF" should be placed after a block that simulates reads with errors. Currently, the cheatsheet mentions the error model in the FASTq output block, which lays after the "VCF outputs" block. However, the VCF output reports the mutations as they can be observed in the simulated reads and it is collected after simulating the reads and placing the sequencing error
[ ] rRACES does not produce FASTq output. The word FASTq should be replaced by SAM.
[ ] the name of the package and its logo must be placed above all the figures as in this cheatsheet
