`get_clones_ploidy` #11

Should be get_clusters_ploidy for consistency with all the other get_clusters* functions.

Consider the vignettes and other functions that are using this of course.

I have just edited that and changed all occurrences everywhere. Close this as soon as you can confirm it is OK.
