Caravan UI facelift

This is a PR to implement two section from a design Unchained's SoB intern created. It implements:

• A new landing page for people to see when entering caravan
• A new landing page nav to accompany the page
• A navbar redesign to become a sidebar in-app
• Theme change and link cleanup on /help
