Instead of CI run tool commands with specific flags, we will rely on pyproject.toml configs.

Should (finally) fix the CI issues.

Hmm... but we don't have these line_width arguments defined on our pyproject, so we would be getting the default argument right? Is something missing here?

They are already on another PR, but...I could replicate them here and just later fix the conflicts.
