1. Index design and contract specs,

Tie up loose ends from last time Lack of precision in WBTC, see issue 46，4 proposal provided and pr48, constructed according to our current prototype

2. Product positioning and initial design

Basic elements of the product, see issue #32 Product Design Proposal, see issue #49 Market size of the difficulty future see spreadsheet User feedback of the prototype #50

3. Governance

Restructure our meeting format. Add daily discussion in specific topic on wechat. Shorten biweekly discussion length. See issue #33
