Feat: add window transparency and blur #1440

This PR adds the ability to make your code screenshots have transparent and blurred background. This idea literally just came to me when I was making a screenshot and the main aspect of the picture was blocked by the opaque code block, the feature is fully customizable through the settings panel, hope you enjoy, here's a screenshot!

had a small issue where other images weren't aligning for some fking reasing, should be all good, here's a working photo (I tested with several but here's a working example) it also fixes that weird see through line in the first image at the bottom.
