Carbon for Slack app not installing

Describe the bug When trying to install the Carbon Slack app, it is timing out and not able to install.

The page says

The connection has timed out An error occurred during a connection to carbon-slack.fayd.me.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add Carbon for Slack in Slack
2. Click on 'Add to Slack'
3. See error

Expected behavior Carbon for Slack should be installed
