It's very small, but also still GHG excluding LULUCF. I will need to think about this. Idem for the % reduction of the NDC 2030 wrt 1990.

Idea;

[ ] Remove NDC from country plots
[ ] Add % reduction only in text above, but using excluding LULUCF data from PRIMAP. Will need to provide this.
