Resolve topology inconsistencies #109

Topology: This is currently inconsistent.

-How many levels of nesting should we allow up and down? -Should we allow nesting for regions over? -André and I propose forcing one level up and down and over -Add a whole system map?

@Henry-WattTime Feedback on /power-system-resource/{id}/topology

  • Number of levels over?
  • We are treating connected PSRs differently
  • Henry & Andre suggest restricting all up/down/over for simplicity
  • Henry suggest adding a /power-system-resource/topology endpoint that describes the whole system

Transmission:

  • how is transmission discoverable?
  • How should it be defined? Is it different than a PSR?
  • can it be combined with the topology list? or discoverable from the topology list?
