What requirements/suggestions should we put around the frequency of timeseries data? #78

We currently in our spec have it based on hourly data, but should we allow the request object to specify different frequencies? Allow the provider to provide what frequencies they have the data in naturally? Should we have that frequency be explicitly provided in the response?
