Fix issues between fuel sources and fuel types, remove location reference #87

This updates the documentation to have the following structure:

fuel_source: {"type": "ABC", "technology": "DEF"}. This is now standardized across the documentation.

This should resolve https://github.com/carbon-data-specification/Power-Systems-Data/issues/85

This also removes a reference to a location field that was in the wrong place: https://github.com/carbon-data-specification/Power-Systems-Data/issues/86

@ssuffian sorry for the delay, I have added some changes and minor corrections. I wasn't able to add commits directly to this PR through my forked repository.
