Minor errors found in the Power Systems Data Specifications

Some minor errors found in the current specs:

Inconsistent naming for FuelSources references:

Fuel Source - Type (LIST) list the references as external_reference and external_id Fuel Source - Technology (LIST) lists the references as sourceDocument and aibCode

Wrong assignment of fuel types and references

The reference document for AIB codes states that all energy types are denoted with an F in their code and technologies with other letters

There seems to be a wrong assignment both in the Types and Technology examples:

PSR List missing wrong location and indexing

PSR List is now classified as part of the metadata instead of the first element to PSR Metadata
PSR List description is now located after 3.2.1 PSR Topology (List) /power-system-resources/{id}/topology which is not aligned with the classification given at the beginning of the specs

@ssuffian I have addressed and fixed some errors in the specs (solved in the PR attached) if you want to have a look.
