This PR aims to fix some minor errors in the Power System Data Specifications:

This PR aims to solve the problems described at #95

Inconsistent naming for FuelSources references:

Unifies naming to sourceDocument and aibCode

Wrong assignment of fuel types and references

Fix examples but assigning them to the proper category

PSR List missing wrong location and indexing

Locate PSR list as the first element under PSR metadata
