Overview

This PR starts using styles from carbon-addons-cloud package and stops maintaining styles in this repo.

carbon-addons-cloud dependency

Removed

All styles

The following to catch up with above changes

Demo environment
Build scripts
HTML in Cloud Header (existing HTML does not work with the styles from carbon-addons-cloud, signaling that the HTML here is stale)

Testing / Reviewing

Testing should make sure every component works.
