Repository is not exposed and cannot be used even this is required for carbon 9.x #26

As mentioned in the carbon 9.0 release notes, https://github.com/carbon-design-system/carbon-components/releases Interior Left Nav is removed from carbon-components. Instead this "carbon-addons-cloud-vanilla" packahe should be used. but, when trying to install

npm ERR! code E404 npm ERR! 404 Not Found: carbon-addons-cloud-vanilla@^0.3.0

The workaround using InterirorLevtNav from "carbon-addons-bluemix" do not relay work Info: We are using carbon together with angular and this issue currently hindering our development.
