Incompatible with Carbon v10, blocker for migration #108

Detailed description

Describe in detail the issue you're having.

This repo tries to pull files and variables that existed in Carbon v9 but no longer exist or have moved in Carbon v10. This blocks migration to Carbon v10.

What did you expect to happen? What happened instead? What would you like to see changed?

What browser are you working in?

What version of the Carbon Design System are you using?

What offering/product do you work on? Any pressing ship or release dates we should be aware of?

IBM Cloud Private/Multicloud Manager. We are supposed to start incrementally migrating in Q3.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Install Carbon 10
  2. Install this repo
  3. Try to build
  4. Get errors

Any chance this module would get updated to be compatible with Carbon 10 ?

Carbon 10 is available in the latest version, npm install carbon-addons-cloud@4.

This package is now deprecated though. Issues and bugs will not be tracked. Take a look at Cloud PAL for a replacement.
