fix: remove ref for gauge svg, old api and causes errors

Changes introduced

• Removed ref on svg for gaugegraph component
• Changed the d3 selector in same component to use an id instead.
• Changed the default prop for id as "container" is generic enough to likely cause issues if people are not aware of this id being placed on the svg element.

This is a fix and closes #103
