[Table] TableHeader cell truncation limits #3798

Describe the bug

If table header cells have tooltips and wrapCellText set to auto, then content of the cells is not fully visible.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to this story
  2. In "Data rendering" tab set wrapCellText to auto, in "Column configuration" tab enable "Demo column tooltips"
  3. Resize screen horizontally
  4. See that content is truncated

Expected behavior

Content should be at least partially visible.

Environment/versions:
