[PageWizard] add stepWidth property to allow users to update the step width #3836

unable to change the step width

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to PageWizard or StatefulPageWizard component
  2. Click add stepWidth property. But the progress indicator does not work as expected in ProgressIndicator component https://next.carbon-addons-iot-react.com/?path=/story/1-watson-iot-progress-indicator-progress-indicator--presentation

Expected behavior

Able to change the step width for PageWizard or StatefulPageWizard component
