[TableCard] File download timestamp mismatch from UI #3847

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Dashboard renderer
  2. Click on table card
  3. download the table content
  4. CSV downloaded

Expected behavior

Downloaded CSV file should look like table data.
