New component request : Frozen columns table grid component is not there in angular components. #2669

Not offered in Carbon Angular or base carbon. The link you posted is part of a pattern asset library, so it's built on top of carbon. You would have to implement this yourself unfortunately.

There is a Angular PAL that offered this but it's no longer supported so won't be recommending it.
