Angular problem when upgrade form 14 to 18: karma.d.ts' is not a module. #2943

Detailed description

Error: src/karma.conf.js:13:15 - error TS2306: File '/Users/yuanyuan/Documents/GitHub_UI/zmfui_diagnosis/node_modules/@angular-devkit/build-angular/plugins/karma.d.ts' is not a module.

13 require('@angular-devkit/build-angular/plugins/karma')

I checked, there is a karma.js file in "node_modules/@angular-devkit/build-angular/plugins" and it work well before I do upgrade form 14 to 18. I did not know how to go on with it, could you please help address it? As it is block our project, so if you could address it ASAP I'll very appreciate!

change karma version, fixed.
