[IOS device] Spin button on cv-number-input is not working when attribute binded to v-model is set to be null #1212

Is this issue related to a specific component? cv-number-input

What did you expect to happen? What happened instead? What would you like to see changed? Spin button should still work when value is set to null at the beginning, similar to how it works on android, and windows

What browser are you working in? Safari on MacOS, ipad and iphone

What version of the Carbon Design System are you using? 2.34.0
