Structured list component vertical alignment not consistent

Detailed description

For the structured list component (both group and individual pieces), the vertical alignment of the row content is not consistent.

Details:

• I'm working exclusively in the Carbon Gray 10 theme components.
• I'm on Cloud Pak for Data and our design freeze is Jan. 15, so addressing this before then would be amazing!

Expected: All text fields across the unstructured list rows should have consistent vertical alignment.

Actual: Text fields across the unstructured list rows (both within the group component and in the individual row pieces) are not consistent at all.

Screenshots:

• Image 1 shows how the alignment is off in the group component (rules are based on the top and bottom of the leading row item)
• Image 2 shows how those same rules don't match up compared to an individual structured list row

Yep, seems that the text is overlapping with the spacers and not always in the same place. Going to resize the symbol to 60px instead of 58px, to get the type and spacer flush and in the correct place.
