[Figma] icon and pictogram library clean up #738

Acceptance criteria

Take some time to cleanup some things in the Icon and Pictogram Figma libraries.

Icon library

[x] All icon names start with a capital letter.
[x] All icons have locked vector layers.
[x] All icons are alphabetized in each category.

Pictogram library

[x] All pictogram names start with a capital letter.
[x] All pictograms color styles need to be changed to use the color variables instances.
[x] All pictograms have locked vector layers.
[x] All pictograms are alphabetized in each category.
