[Dropdown] Missing focus state for read-only dropdowns #822

Detailed description

[ ] The read-only states in the dropdown are missing the focus state.

It's present in the Storybook but needs to be added to the Figma kit. The reason for adding it is that it's still part of the accessibility tree and can be read by screen readers, although it's not operable.
