Content block is the key content component for Dotcom. It includes an optional heading, subheading, and a link with icon CTA. Content block leaves the first four columns open for content section or toc but can also leave the space empty.
The premier feature for content block is that it can nest components like content group or card group inside and expand vertically. We may need to revisit some nested components to ensure they nest properly. The other important piece is that it should work with toc or content section in the first four columns.
The top and bottom spacing have built-in margin to allow block to stack one on top of the other more consistently.
