One of the most used components, card is meant to appear in many configurations, alone or in a group. The v2 changes include Carbon core v11 updates to the border coming from tile, as well as shifting the navigational icon from the left to the right. This component is a great starting point, since its a dependency on so many others.
v2 updates
[x] Updated color and type tokens to Carbon core v11.
[x] Card has multiple variants – along with a static version. In v2, the default version will use a border around the whole card, while static will lose the border.
[x] The placement of the icon that was previously on the left side of the card in v1 is now shifted to the right in v2.
[x] New icon used for video when using media variant. See design specs.
[x] No longer uses an overlay for video, instead displays an image and updates icon to a new play at the bottom right.
