Card link originally was distinct from card, acting a CTA alternative that followed content. In v2, card link now lives as a variant of card, with some design changes.

v2 updates

[ ] Updated color and type tokens to Carbon v11.
[ ] Updates to border and icon on the right
[ ] New sizing rules (TBD)
