We currently have a lot of Q&As in our Slack channel that, if compiled and categorized, could give us a lot of information about what our adopters are doing and what they need.
There are two potential wins for this compiled information:
highlight areas of the website that need work, or where information is buried and hard to find
provide Q&As for website FAQs or a potential future conversational bot
We don't have a way to download this data, so it's going to be a bit of a manual process. And we'd need to work out the best way to capture the information and the parameters of interest.
Here is a spreadsheet created in Carbon for pulling content out of Slack. I'm including for reference only of potential things to track because the data graphs on the second and third sheets were really helpful in a lot of different ways.
