User Story

As a [user role below]:

DDS designer

I need to:

conduct the user test for locale banner

so that I can:

gather data on which design is more successful.

Additional information

reach out to Penny or Colleen to have 30 minute walk through of User Testing.com
add the test plan
make sure we reference the old test for candidate criteria

Acceptance criteria

[ ] Test has been added and launched in UserTesting.com
