Create Digital Design kit MVP – white theme #208

Olivia-Flory created the following on Mar 20:

User story

As an adopter of the Carbon + dotcom add-on, I need a design kit with components for digital design (16px type size) so that I can start designing with the new design system.

Notes

As we start enabling our DGC partners they need a design kit that has the components that reflect the 16px type size for marketing and editorial experiences.

We will start with the white theme kit

This is the parent epic to track the tasks associated with creating the Digital Design kit

On Mar 25, Olivia-Flory commented: Discussed this kit with James on Thursday (March 21) and we would like to hold off on creating this until we assess if all components need to be available in 16px format. I will create a new issue for assessing that.
