User Story

This story captures the creation of the npm publish flow for pattern-library.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Updates to .npmrc file to properly register with Artifactory
[ ] Properly publish new packages to Artifactory
[ ] Updates to README on how to install and use as an end user

On Jul 17, Jeff-Chew commented: Since we are using lerna for publishing, this should be part of the architecture setup and not a separate task. so closing this.
