As the IBM DDS architect, I need to perform a technical assessment of the Product Pages site so that I can understand what they need to properly implement IDL in a timely fashion.

• [ ] Information necessary for an accurate assessment of components by the adopter is collected
• [ ] Technical information is used to schedule the adoption
• [ ] Identify the next step tasks and the prioritization based on input from the adopter
