User Story

As a DDS website designer, I need a way to see the timeline for the Cupcake version website build so that I can complete tasks based on the timeline and reach the roadmap milestones.

Additional information

We only know we are going to develop the Cupcake version website by Q4 but we do not have a clear timeline or plan on what needs to be done, how long it might take and etc.

Acceptance criteria

[X] A draft timeline created for Cupcake Website task planning reference.

On Jul 30, chsanche commented: Based on the discussion in today's work session, there is user research work we need to do before we can work on the list. We will refine the plan at a high level as:

Step 1. Collect user feedback on the content needs from the individual stream perspective. Step 2. Collect content list from the stream leads. Step 3. Create IA for the cupcake website based on the content list. Step 4. Make a plan on platform and content work. Step 5. Socialize the website with DGC adopters

Note: The content audit work Liv is working on will also help stream leads with what content we are carrying over from the v19a website to the Cupcake website.

Next step: @Wonil-Suh1 will create user feedback task issues for each stream leads and link them to proper Epic.
