User story

As a user of IBM.com, I need a way to take a high level overview of the content/product presented on the page that I am looking at.

Potential tasks:

• [ ] Review existing designs from (STUF, NUT, Watson)
• [ ] Connect with adopters (Web Simplification & Product Pages) to validate the existing designs

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] Band design is reviewed and approved by DGC design leadership
