[MM] Label and destination inconsistency #3685

This work should begin after the bugs are fixed. The target to finish all content updates is the end of this sprint, Friday Aug 28.

Detailed description

The label Infrastructure security goes here: https://www.ibm.com/it-infrastructure/storage/data-protection but in the spreadsheet it says Secure infrastructure and goes here: https://www.ibm.com/it-infrastructure/solutions/security?lnk=hpmps_buit&lnk2=learn

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Click Products & Solutions 2.Click Infrastructure security

Per chat with Keegan - secure infrastructure will only be in v18, not in the carbon mega menu.
