User story

As an ibm.com user, I need a way to know when and why I am leaving my preferred language so that I can make a decision about my language of choice as I continue.

• Complete all recommended updates from prior studies. 
• Remove the "Home page" section from the "language-by-country" menu.
• Add functionality to search by language to the "language-by-country" menu.
• Implement the locale selector widget across IBM
• • Include prior study recommendations, especially eliminating all hard-coded page/geo URLs
• • Notify the user when AND why they are being redirected to another language, AND
• • Give the user control over what they want to do next
