Pattern: rich overview, visual design study #393

Wonil-Suh1 created the following on Sep 08:

User story

As a user of IBM.com, I need a way to understand the benefits and value of the product / solution / offering presented on the page quickly through text and media such as video so that I can make a decision on whether I should continue with the page or not.

Notes

This is a pattern that is not clearly defined from our past work. This needs some exploration.

This work will inform https://github.com/carbon-design-system/ibm-dotcom-library/issues/393 visual design and https://github.com/carbon-design-system/ibm-dotcom-library/issues/393 specs in the next sprint.

On Sep 30, larahanlon commented: Thanks @linda-carotenuto yes I think I have what I need for now. The next step for https://github.com/carbon-design-system/ibm-dotcom-library/issues/393 in my opinion is for Wonil and I to review the best layouts/type styles and content variations with Jill and stress test across all breakpoints.
