User story

As an IBM.com user, I need a way to learn about a promotion related to the product/solution/offering presented on the page so that I can decide whether I should follow through it or not.

Notes

Current design is typically 50px high and small. Here is a design exploration that allows a bit more space and potentially a better user experience.
