As a [user role below]: DDS Squad team member

I need to: be notified when an issue is created against the supported Digital Design System

so that I can: properly triage the issues submitted by the adopters

Pager Duty at IBM

Acceptance criteria

[ ] All team members who will participate in the pager duty rotation are set up in PagerDuty
