I need to: capture the Northstar and Carbon page load metrics and create a report

so that I can: present this information to the adopters during the Oct 9 Learning Session

Acceptance criteria

[ ] A slide containing the performance metrics comparison between Northstar and Carbon is created and available for the Oct 9 learning session
