User Story

As a [user role below]: Carbon for IBM.com Tester

I need to: have automated tests run against the latest version of Chromedriver

so that I can: ensure all tests run properly on the latest version of Chrome

Additional information

Packages in Carbon for IBM.com should be upgraded to Chromedriver 90
Publish a new docker image that ships with Chrome v90 Stable: https://github.ibm.com/webstandards/dds-jenkins-agent

Acceptance criteria

[ ] New versioned docker image uploaded to Artifactory
[ ] Update pod template in Jenkins to point to the latest artifactory version
[ ] Upgrade Chromedriver across projects to v90

FYI, I ended up doing this for this sprint because the docker image was upgraded for a different reason during my work on the cypress e2e testing, but in the process pulled the latest stable chrome (v91).
