User Story

As a [user role below]: Release manager

I need to: Deploy the full Release R145 of Northstar v18 to the EI server

so that I can: adopters can test R145 before it is deployed live

This is a small Northstar release containing 2 issues: YouTube Brand video compliance #1834 and Mediacenter Metrics for new player call to actions #623

Acceptance criteria

[x] R145 full deployment successfully completed
